Internal and External Cleaning Works :

UNITEC undertakes internal and external cleaning works.  An independent management within the company consists of an elite team of engineers, supervisors and trained cleaners, high standard experienced and efficient to carry out plans and programs set for cleaning works.
These plans and programs primarily aims at cleaning the place and keeping it splendid and bright.  Up to date equipment’s and gears in this filed are used.  Also using up to date cleaning substances.

The final aim is to provide suitable environment for work force in order to do their work in an easy and simple way. The most recent specialized psychology study confirms that the psychiatric comfort for work force increases the average production by 15-40%.

The following is a simplified display of cleaning ways for different sectors :

First : Glass window cleaning

          The processes of glass foundational cleaning is done by using the following equipment’s :

-  Special felt for glass.

-  The axweather

-  Special blades to get rid of paints, stains and dirt.

-  Crystal substance to give brightness, shines to glass.

          A follow up for glass cleaning is done periodically.  It goes without saying that cleaning works include metal parts round the glass (the frame), inside and outside.

Second :  Cleaning Bath Rooms

Foundational Cleaning :

          Both room foundational cleaning includes everything inside.

This is carefully done cleansing and cleaning everywhere using the necessary stuff.

It includes floors, ceilings, walls and sanitary in order to get rid of paint and cement remains.  Also getting rid of water rust and preparing bath room f or use as the same as in a hotel.

Weekly Cleaning

          This includes complete wash for all parts in the bath room; ceilings floors and walls.  Cleansing and drying using the necessary stuff,  and preparing it for use.

Regular Cleaning :

This is done as the same as above but on daily bases.

Third :  Floor Cleaning

-  Cleaning floors made of veneer :

Cleaning veneer and protecting it form cracks steps :

1.   The use of felt and dry foam to clean the veneer thoroughly.

2.  The use of wipe mob gear to wipe of dry foam marks.

3.   Drying floors by using a special towel.

4.   Putting a thin transparent layer of the English made top glaze to give brightness and shines.

5.   This continues every day, the wipe mob and dry polishing by using the machine and the felt.

6. Wiping of the layer of top glaze after a while then applying a new layer.

-  Cleaning wood and parquet floors :

This is done without using water as follows :

1.  Using dust sucking up machine to clean floors completely.

2.  Using the wipe mob to get rid of dirt form the floor.

3.   Using special substance to polish the parquet and protect it from any scratch. The polish covers the floor forming a big bright and hard layer.

4.   Daily follow up is done by using pledge for parquet and then polishing.

Cleaning Moquette :

          After foundation cleaning and getting rid of stains, washing and drying, daily cleaning is done by using dust sucking up machine and getting rid of stains one by one by suing special stuff.  Then washing moquette by using dry foam and combing the wool.

In this way moquette can be used after half an hour from wash without using water which causes wool rotten and spoil the bottom of the moquette.

Cleaning Programs :

There are three programs ; daily, weekly and monthly.  This is done according to the need of every site after a company officer inspects the place and the client’s need.
